We guarantee all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. I also guarantee that it will be made to order. Monogrammed items are not returnable unless the monogram is in error to what was ordered. Belts are custom made to your order and are not returnable because the wrong size was ordered. It is up to you to actually measure according to the instructions.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products due to defects in material and workmanship or if the product was not made to order you may return it in new unused condition for repair, replacement or a refund within 30 days of receipt. I will do whatever it takes to make you happy. You trusted me to make you a product and I will do everything possible to live up to your expectations.
If the stitching, screws, snaps or fasteners fail prematurely in normal use I will repair or replace them free of charge for one year from date of purchase. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Leather belts are custom made for you in your size and per your specifications. They are not returnable unless they are not made as ordered, or if there is a product defect in material or workmanship.
To return an unused item or a defective item for repair, replacement or pre-approved refund please contact Us for a return authorization code. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all refunded belts.
All approved returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage and be returned within 30 days to the correct address postage paid. If you feel the item is defective put a note in the package with the item describing the defect. If the item is found to be defective we will repair or replace the item and return it to you or refund the full purchase price. Please include a copy of your receipt. Shipping and processing fees are not refundable unless the item is found to be defective. Normal wear and tear is not a defect. If we agree to accept a return on a product that was made to customer specification all shipping and handing cost is the responsibility of the customer.
