I sent away for a belt for my 3 piece silver buckle. The old belt was 7/8" wide and I ordered a 1" belt, as that is what was available. My beautiful belt arrived, I installed the silver tip and the buckle, but it was really hard to slide the belt through the silver keeper loop. I called to ask how to burnish the belt edge after I cut it a bit. After a discussion, Ken suggested I send the entire ensemble to him and he would make it work. A few days later, I got it back and it is PERFECT. There was no additional charge. I will never buy another belt anywhere else.
